Michigan Man Receives Life Sentence For Distribution of Child Porn

Podgajski, who also was in the home, did not escape criminal charges. A Federal Grand Jury originally indicted her for a federal charge of sexually exploiting children, but the United States Attorney eventually dropped the charge. However, she eventually did plead guilty to second degree child abuse charges in Michigan, a felony. Like Frazee, she will almost certainly face substantial time behind bars for her involvement in this case.
